Any customer placing an order on Kurbenhagen.com has the full right of withdrawal and refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case you want to cancel an order or return an item, please send us an

e-mail including name and order number and we will provide the info needed.
Kurbenhagen do not offer to pay the freight in case of items being returned.
